The first MLS match of the Apple TV era. It’s about what I expected - neither worse than prior-year ESPN/FOX coverage, nor better.

⚽️ Later: DC United v. Toronto

I don’t get to matches much any more, but I’m still Black and Red. After last year, the only thing for DCU to do this year is climb out of the basement. Cautiously optimistic.

⚽️ Tomorrow: USMNT U17 v. Mexico

For the CONCACAF men’s U17 championship. If the US wins, we’ll hold every CONCACAF trophy for national teams, of any age or gender, playing outdoors on grass/turf. (i.e, we won’t be the champions of beach soccer or futsal.)
